LEMON SORBET
The wonderful thing about this typical Spanish drink is that it is very refreshing, and it also helps to digest food easily. Although, it is a drink, restaurants in Spain serve them as dessert. The "sorbete de limon" is as easy as 1-2-3 and it will leave a lasting impression in your guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 quart of lemon sorbet (you will find this in the ice cream section)
- 1 cup of champagne or Spanish cava (it is cheaper than the French Champagne)
- 1 tsp of Ron Miel liquor ( a Canarian sweet liquor that will be soon available in Miami), or any dark colored rum
This will serve approximately 4 people.
